1. General Cancellation Guidelines

Order Cancellation: You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. We understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate your needs.

Cancellation After Shipment: In case you decide to cancel an order (COD order) that has already been shipped, you are required to not accepting the order (and refuse accepting the order) that is already shipped, as you may be asked for cash against shipment delivery by the person attempting delivery at your doorstep. If you have cancelled a prepaid order, post it is shipped, you need to get in touch with Rajputtrade.in via its customer support email id i.e. helpdesk@ rajputtrade.in to place a refund request.

 

2. Refund/Exchange Guarantee

We provide 20 days refund guarantee across all the product categories. If you have cancelled any paid order, the Rajput Trade is committed to refunding your order value within a period of 20 days from the date of your refund is approved. Please note that this guarantee is not applicable to items purchased during any sale, promotional offer, and gift orders.

 

3. Open Box Delivery

Sealed Packages: Rajput Trade, along with our delivery partners, does not offer an open box delivery service. We ensure that your items are securely packed and sealed to maintain product integrity.

Refusing Delivery: If you are not comfortable accepting a sealed and labeled shipment, you may refuse accepting the order at the time of delivery. If you refuse accepting prepaid order, then your order value will be refunded within 10 days of order cancellation.

 

4. Fees and Charges on Cancellation

No Extra Charges: Orders that are refused or canceled prior to shipment will not incur any product charges, cancellation fees, or return shipping fees.

Post-Shipment Cancellations: Should you cancel an order after shipment, any applicable shipping or handling fees will be governed by our return process.

 

5. Refund Process

Refund Eligibility: For prepaid orders or cash on delivery (COD) transactions, upon cancellation, you will be eligible for a refund equivalent to your cart value. This amount will be adjusted to reflect any discounts, promotions, or offer deductions applied at the time of purchase.

 

Processing Time: Refunds are processed as per our standard procedures. You will receive a confirmation email once your cancellation and refund request has been successfully processed.
